Short and plain: who sells, what you get, how refunds work.

Who we are
Atterna (atterna.com) is run by Chiril Scaletchi (Kirill Sk), an individual based in the Netherlands. Contact: hello@atterna.com. We reply within two working days.
What you buy
Atterna Foundations (€19) and Atterna Analyst (€59) are one-time purchases of access to online practice: lessons, business cases and the Meridian simulator, as described on the Learn page. Analyst includes everything in Foundations.
Prices are early-access prices and include VAT. The game, the guides, the tools and the free trials stay free.
Payment
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record): it takes the payment, issues your invoice and handles VAT. Until checkout is live on a page, you leave a request and we email you a payment link; nothing is charged before you pay.
Access
We open access within 24 hours of payment, for the email address you used. Access is personal; please don’t share your account.
It covers all content of the level, including updates we add, for as long as Atterna runs and in any case for at least two years from your purchase. If we had to close Atterna earlier, you would get a refund for the unused part.
Bought Foundations and want Analyst? You pay only the difference (€40): write to us and we send a discount code.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, even if you have already started. Write to us or reply to your receipt; the money goes back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. This comes on top of your rights under EU consumer law.
What Atterna is
A practice environment with fictional data and people. It does not award a recognised qualification or guarantee a job. We work to keep every task and number correct; if you find a mistake, tell us and we fix it.
Fair use
Please don’t copy or resell the content, share your login or try to break the checks or the service.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version valid on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase. Dutch law applies. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country’s consumer law.
